Richard Nedelkoff had had a long and distinguished role in public service, including appointments by several governors and the U.S. president. He was appointed to oversee 26 federal criminal justice grant programs and a $6 billion funding portfolio. Nedelkoff has provided consulting services to several states on a variety of juvenile justice reform projects, criminal justice information system improvements and other management consulting engagements Nedelkoff recently rejoined Eckerd Youth Alternatives, a national nonprofit where he was formerly chief operating officer.
